Returns can be done within 5 days from the date of receipt. After
5 days there are no refunds or exchanges. The return gown must have
same packing, tags and packing materials. The garment should not have
any perfume, deodorant or smoke smell. In case of refund, 15% restock
fees apply. Shipping charges are not refunded. In case of group orders
with 3 pieces or more, no refunds, only exchanges for a different
size. No exceptions.
Immediate Exchanges
In case you receive merchandise and need to exchange it, you can
place another order online or call (909)444-1000. Your credit card
will be charged again with the new order, and once we receive the
gown that you are sending back, you will receive a full refund. Please
include both the invoice numbers so you will not be charged restocking
fee and the date you need the dress by. We will not charge you freight
fees when shipping the merchandise back.
How to Make an Exchange

Along with a copy of the invoice, explaining that you need an exchange.
Please include the new item code, color, size, and date needed by.
Once we receive the gown, we will ship back the exchange as soon as
possible.
On 3 pieces or more, we can only exchange for a different size,
not a different style or color.
